• Guests must be 16 years or older to use the spa and fitness facilities.

• We recommend that you schedule services prior to arrival.

• A major credit card is required to reserve an appointment.

• Gift cards must be presented upon check-in at spa.

• When scheduling services, please inform us if you prefer a male or female therapist .

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your spa services. Late arrivals will not have the full benefit of their scheduled time.

• Any cancellations without a 4-hour notice will be charged 50% of the total services. “No Show” appointments will be charged in full.

• For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to all services and packages. Additional gratuities may be provided at your discretion.

• Gift cards are available for packages or dollar value.
Please let us know if you may be pregnant, as some services are not available during your first trimester.

• For the comfort and privacy of our guests,we ask that all cell phones be turned off when arriving at the Spa.
